I have no experience of NS or SA. I would use the EKG (a couple of hundred years of British brewing can't be wrong).

My last 5% SMaSH was using Northern Brewer to 40 IBU (very tasty), the previous was 4.5% and Cascade to 35 IBU. It was so good, that I have used Cascade in most of my more recent brews. But this doesn't help you in this case, I'm just showing off. :D

Your taste/gravity will decide what amounts at what time. Try using a beer engine like Beermate.

Nelson Sauvin is great as a single hop lots of late additions, however I have done a smash with sorachi ace it's bottled and I intend to have my first pint in the next couple of days I will report back as soon as I have

I'm new to this whole business, and haven't used a whole load of hops, but when I used Nelson Sauvin this week I was BLOWN AWAY it smells so nice.

If it was me, EKG for bittering, then all of the Nelson Sauvin you've got, in the last five minutes of the boil, then crash chill.

Lovely.

Just having a pint of the smash Sorachi Ace odd flavour bubble gum!!!! not unpleasant but it's not in the same league as Nelson Sauvin or Citra to be fair only two weeks in the bottle a few more weeks may change the profile tremendously
