This is the idea. A chocolate and sour cherry stout. As far as I have got yet but what do people think?

How aren you hoping to get the chocolate taste? Chocolate malt doesn't taste like chocolate.

I would think that sweet cherries would balance with the roasted grains better especially if you make it very hoppy.
I'm just here for the beer.
