I've put together this recipe to come in at the new 2.8% beer duty threshold- not that I intend to sell it anywhere, 'tis just to see if I can!
Hopefully the Viennia and Crystal will give plenty of body and sweetness, and the dark malts to give the twang of a good ol' dark mild!
