what next???

Post by kck74 » Tue Nov 29, 2011 5:50 pm

This is my current stock. I was gonna kitchen sink it and make a couple more brews for crimbo.

70g challenger 8.24
50g columbus 17.9
50g willamette 5.6
100g target 12.9

25kg MO
200G amber malt
250G black malt
200g torrie wheat
500g jaggery goor.

I've got an American ale and a Belgian yeast coming this week and a few packets of T-58.

Anyone got any ideas for a specific style/brew/clone??? I don't mind buying a couple more bits if necessary.

Any help appreciated :D

How about a bitter? M O with a bit of amber and torrie wheat bittered with target and flavor/aroma by challenger. You could use the American ale yeast or get a nice British ale yeast, Wyeast 1275 is great in bitters.

Cheers Rookie,

So far, I've brewed a clone of Sierra Nevada's Tumbler. I'm gonna do a spiced/herb beer with loads of spices that I got from another site..... Sounds interesting!!!!!

I went to mi local HBS, and spent 30 odd quid on all sorts (Mrs will have right hump come statement time!!!)
So I have a Belgian as well I doin next week.

Will post the recipe soon.

Cheers

Kev
