I don't need any but can help with deliveries in Kent, East Sussex and London outside the congestion charge area.
Re: The Cornelius Job
Hi Steve, sorry for lack of info. I am in East Ayrshire, Scotland. I have a secure garage, Land Rover and trailer and can help if required. I can also collect from the Glasgow area members.
Cheers Shodi.

Re: The Cornelius Job
Just been looking at the spreadsheet, could someone please update me as being from Broadstairs, Kent. I see there are two other members in the Kent area (KevG + Fulbar) so could collect them as well, the prefered (nearest) collection point at the moment is looking to be Essex (if there is going to be one?)
Cheers

Re: The Cornelius Job
I am in cornwall , between Bodmin and St Austell so pretty central , county wise , close to the main A30 and A 38 roads....but storage is minimal ,like half a dozen at a push for a short while .
How about the people in each are PM each other and try and arrange things off board to cut down on amount of posts and work for co-ordinators ? Thats if everyone has their region up on their signature.....worth a go ?

JABB and Cumbrian Brewer, I have updated you.
We are still finalising how to collect and how much money. Keep an eye on the first post in the thread for the latest news.

Re: The Cornelius Job
The weight did not come into it with my dealings, I had nothing to do with the courier, I only spoke to the Germans. Talk to John luc.Runwell-Steve wrote:Deller12 wrote:Steve,
I currently use a Haulier (Vernon Land Transport) they are based in yorkshire. They often have empty trailers comming back empty from Germany so i could ask if they could arrange a back load.I know the MD very well so im sure he would do us a good dealI also use Europa World wide,if you can get me a collection address and weights and dims i could get some prices. I am more than happy to help out if needed .

That sounds useful Lee.
I'll try and find out the weight, EoinMag may know as this conversation has probably already happened. As for dimensions they are on Euro Pallets and are stacked approx 5 foot high.
They come like this.
Re: The Cornelius Job
With regard to the lids, I should know the suss tomorrow afternoon/evening when I've spoken to the nice German lady again.
