Roggenbier Red Rye Ale

Thoughts?? Will this come out red? I'm thinking either the Whitelabs Kólsch yeast or just good old US-05, its basically a recipe to use a kilo of Rye malt up.

What are you after that dark cherry red you sometimes get a glimpse of as you finish a Dark beer or other?

Had a Rye beer the other week but dont think it was at its best think it was Red Rye Riwaka

I know what will make it red but adds a flavour of its own, Rooibos, very nice in all the brews we used it in.

Red Bush! ha ha, I'll not be adding that, Dark Crystal and a touch of Chocolate malt gives a good red but I wasn't wanting any of those flavours... I will obviously survive if its not red :)
