Lager questions

mines been bottled and they have been sat indoors for a few days now, but the bottles aren't pumped up, i'm just worried that because the FG was so low (around 1.002) that there may not be any yeast left in suspension for carbonation, or am i being too impatient?
If this was the case is there anything i can do , eg (adding a pinch of yeast or something?)

I am a bit concerned. My Lager has been in primary for 7 days now and still has a bit of a frothy head as follows.........

What concerns me is that I took the first s.g reading today and it was 1.020 which seems very high as there has been an apparently active fermentation.
Also for the first 5 1/2 days the temp was perferct but due to some good weather yesterday the little stick on thermometer on the bucket read 17 deg c but did drop after a few hours.
Also when I got home from work tonight it was again reading 17 deg c so it has now been moved to a cooler place (under the stairs).
Do I just need to give the wort a gentle stir to get the yeast going again?

So my planned bottling session on Thursday is out the window then?
I seriously need to stop worrying all the time about my brew although I do have another worry, now its under the stairs I'm going to have to move it before bottling. Will gently lifting it onto the kitchen worktop just prior to bottling be ok?

When I started this kit I was not expecting the heatwave we are currently experiencing here in the midlands which has so far resulted in 9 days and counting of maturation in the region of 14 - 18 deg c.
Any ideas what the consequences of this likely to be?
I am not sure if I would be better off moving the bottles to the shed. It is a metal shed and although it would surely be colder at night not too sure about the day. I will have to get one of those thermometers which tells you what the temp has reached.
