My first Recipe

I have done a few grain kits with great results but I want to make up a beer myself. I am using Graham Wheelers beer Engine to help me with this, I would like to know if this beer sounds ok for a pale ale,

Marris Otter 4.5 kg
Caragold 1kg

Fuggle 50g 90mins
Cascade 25g 10 mins
Cascade 25g 5 mins
Dry hop 50g 1 week

41 IBU , 10 EBC, 5.1 ABV.

Any feedback much appreciated

Looks fine as is. What's your yeast choice? Can you confirm the OG you're aiming for?

Richard the OG is 1.052 and I'll be using Safale 04

Should be fine then. Let us know how you get on; I believe caragold is a form of munich malt (Someone will no doubt be able to confirm)? I hope you like cascade hops!

Ive never personnaly used Fuggles with Cascade so cant comment on the flavour but it looks fine as a recipe though,
Usually UK hops dont mix too well with US hops but that said Challenger does go well with Cascade, keep us informed
as to how this turns out
