Yes that level of priming should be ok and yes it is case of waiting....ZegaBrew wrote:

Be sure to keep the primed bottles somewhere that is constantly warm- as at this time of year room temp can drop well below the 18C mark needed for secondary fermentation...
After 7 days or so( a few ore won't hurt) in the warm move the bottles somewhere cooler if you can 10-12Cis ideal
