Most of my bottled beers are clear in 1-2 weeks and good to start drinking at about 2 weeks onwards with American hops, I find English and some German hops need a bit more maturation.

I bottled mine today and compared to a bottle of the real thing.
Whilst I'm biased I actually think mine tasted better so I'm looking forward to the conditioning phase for a re-test

Opened one this afternoon and I have to say what a fantastic beer!
I really think the fruitiness of this recipe shines better that the beer it is emulating. All in all a fantastic brew.

Yep, definitely gets better with time. I have only got 6 bottles left though!
