Tonbridge area water.

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

Does anyone in the Tonbridge area treat there water for brewing.I am looking to do this and would like some pointers as to what to do and how.

Campden Tablet in the HLT, 17g BWC in with the Grist. Assuming 23l that is. I know our water is a different supply but it can't be that far off. :)

Its something i need to start trying,but its all a bit scratchy heady at the moment (being thick like).
Do you think it will be the same quantitys for BIAB ?
