BIAB Lager Recipe

Going to try my first BIAB in a couple of weeks.Looking for a nice strong Lager recipe to try.

You'll probably want 4.5-5k of lager/pils malt (for 23l) with perhaps 250g caramalt if you like it sweeter or 250g maize if you like it drier.
Take your pick of Euro hops (Saaz, Tettnang, any Hallertau etc) to about 25IBU and perhaps chuck some in late too.
