With a little help I have come up with this recipe for a blonde....

saaz and styrian golding bobek work veeery well together not tried celeia or origional goldings though


recently whacked some cascade and bobek together to replace an origional recipe, by 'eck it was gorgeous =P~

Hi UJ,

that grain bill is very similar to my First Nelson, but i used pale crystal in stead of the caramalt. Sure it will be a good 'un.

I have both bobek and celeia, I was going bobek but I'm not sure now?

Up'd the grain a little to make it 4%
