I made a APA with all my american hops at the end of last year, I always worry that the hops in the freezer are slowly rotting away. I had a bit of Magnum for bittering and the rest I dumped in with 5 minutes to go. I had one the other day and it's awesome - I will never stockpile hops again...

Likewise, damn you Simply Hops! Can't bring myself to pay through the nose for 100g's any more. It does have its drawbacks though. On the plus side my Simcoe, Nelson and Galaxy APA tastes lovely 1 week in. 250g Simcoe dry hop tomorrow. Couldn't bring myself to do that if I bought 100g packs.
Cheers, PA

This little lot is taking up my hop freezer at the moment, 3.155kg

Saaz
Nelson Sauvin

A bit low on varieties, must try harder. Not that I've got a problem
