Feedback needed on this recipe - now at version three. Sorry about my odd batch sizes, percentages may be more useful than weights:
Fuller's ESB Clone
Batch size: 32 Litres
Grist:
Pale Malt (5 EBC) 7000g - 91.5%
Crystal Malt (130 EBC) 500g - 6.5%
Crystal Malt, Dark (300 EBC) - 150g 2%
Hop Schedule
Fuggles (4.9 % AA) 30g @ 90 mins
Goldings (5.7 % AA 30g @ 90 mins
Fuggles (4.9 % AA) 25g @ 10mins
Goldings (5.7 % AA) 25g @ 10mins
Mash Efficiency: 80 %
Original Gravity: 1.057
Final Gravity: 1.014
Alcohol Content: 5.6% ABV
Bitterness: 30 IBU
Colour: 35 EBC
Fermentation - 2 Weeks @ 19c with Fullers Yeats (WLP002)

I'm sure it'll be a nice and delish pint of ESB but surely you need Challenger and Northdown for a clone?

I would've said that too hop wise, but if those are the hops you have in, use em up. Like he said it'll be a delish brew.
I just did a ESB type brew using extract and it came out really nice apart from I messed up my AA percentages in the recipe engine and so it came out quite under hopped. It's more like a champion mild than an ESB. Darn tasty all the same.
It's better to experiment that imitate. You never know, you might discover something amazing! My better brews have taken the wild "just chuck it in and use it up" approach.
