Orfys clone is meant to be very close indeed if you do a search, but the recipe below came from a "can you brew it" podcast when they interviewed the head brewer at Wychwood and this is for 23ltrs. I was suprised to hear that Cascade was used but hey, thats what the man said :shock: I have yet to brew this myself but i feel the time is close!

23ltrs 1.046 57 EBC

Pale Malt 4290 grams
Crystal Malt (130) 360 grams
Chocolate Malt 100 grams

Hops 36 EBU's
Goldings 4.8% 60 mins 14 grams
Fuggle 5% 60 mins 14 grams
Cascade 4.8% 15 mins 16 grams
Styrian Goldings 5.3% 15mins 64 grams

Yeast of your choice!

I remember them using wlp023 in the "can you brew it" episode.

I prefer wlp005.

at the moment im brewing kits but looking to pastures new :D
soon be dead thank beer for that no pain where im going :-)

hmm hobgoblin is not bad, maybe needs a tweak, up the vol/ibu ?
