So I am really into the two high alpha hops Amarillo and Nelson Sauvin at the moment. Fruit salad heaven.
As such my next brew, AG#17 will feature them both very heavily! As it is national homebrew day on Saturday I plan on getting a brew on for then. I'll be having a mate assist for the first time, so best behaviour. Recipe came from here as a base but I've fannied about with it based on what I could get.

Re: Amarillo Brillo
that is going to be a lovely dry hop, save a few bottles for a year to 18 months, bet its a different sort of amazing when aged

Re: Amarillo Brillo
Sounds superb, two of my favourite hops. Look forward to hearing how it turns out
