My local Beer festival in Kent

Post by scuppeteer » Wed May 30, 2012 10:15 pm

For those of you lucky enough to live near a great pub, I might contest that mine is the best of the best.
The Halfway House just outside of Brenchley in Kent is having his bi-annual, does that mean every 2 years or twice a year... anyway he has one every Whitsun and Summer Bank holiday, beer festival this weekend. He has been winner or runner up for West Kent Camra pub of the year for the last 10 years.
It is a small affair with only 75 ales on over the weekend.
If anyone is in the vacinity I can strongly recommend a visit. Saturday is my day this year from Noon til I can't stand anymore!

Can't be arsed to keep changing this bit, so, drinking some beer and wanting to brew many more!

Sir, you are drunk! Yes madam, and you are ugly, but in the morning I shall be sober! - WSC
