Hello
My brother keeps waving bottles of Fuller's Past Masters Double Stout at me over Skype and it's doing my head in.
Anybody know the recipe? He keeps trying to shine lights through it, to no avail. Reckons it tastes like a smooth mild but I won't be seeing any in this neck of the woods.
Any ideas appreciated.
Cheers
David

Have a search through this blog: http://barclayperkins.blogspot.co.uk/
The guy behind it has been working with Fullers on the Past Masters beers, and is currently posting info from their old brewing logs.

I've picked up two of the range from Sainsburys so far, not supped them yet though.

I can't see the Double Stout recipe anywhere, but Ron Pattinson has posted the 1910 version here.
There's also a vid that's worth watching on Fullers website
