I'm mid-brew....


I was meant to add 20g of goldings to the last ten minutes of the boil but added them at the start, I'm now thinking of adding half that amout at flame out which would give me....

looks good your going to, have a beer a bit like hopping hare...nice!

Looks like it will end up being a decent beer to me quite bitter but that is OK (to my taste anyway), sometimes making a mistake works out well :)

Funny you should say that alix. Hopping Hare was infact my aim pre mess up.

I might of been tempted to chuck in a bit of light crystal or vienna malt and I can't help but put a bit of wheat in for retention..but it should be a nice light drink if the summer ever arrives.
