Aurora Single Hop with Coriander

I created this recipe based (loosely) on the grain bill and coriander addition for Hop Back's Crop Circle and decided to use only Aurora hops as I had some kicking about and wanted to showcase their characteristics. The finished product is very drinkable with a subtle fruitiness from the cracked coriander seed. I'm a bit surprised at how hazy it is as White Labs WLP005 is supposed to be a high flocculator but I guess it could come down to the quantity of flaked corn?

If you did it again, would you use the coriander?
I've got loads of aurora reaching their sell by date so I was considering something along these lines.

Hi David,

The Aurora hops I used were also nearing their sell by date; in fact, I had used about 20g in a batch I made last summer so they had been open for nearly a year (although they were stored in a ziploc bag in the fridge so they hadn't gone 'cheesy' or anything). I think if I did it again I would leave out the coriander and use some fresh hops to get a real feel for the flavour they contribute. I only used coriander this time as that is what Hop Back use in Crop Circle and I'd been wanting to try it for a while.

Thanks. I'm still in two minds about it, although I think I'll leave it out. Anything I'll brew that uses adjuncts like this will be something with lemon and ginger, I think. Looking for a dry, refreshing taste. Although coriander might work with that too.
The hardest part about this hobbie is choosing what to do next!

Apologies for the late reply, Rookie; I've only just looked at this thread again.

This sounds very nice and I have an abundance of both. Can I ask:
What quantities do you use?
Also, do you use lemon juice or rind? I always have lemons in the fridge but they tend to sit for a while before I get to use them and the juice I get is great. As nobody seems to use orange juice, though (just the peel), I'm wondering whether I can use this or not.
