Hello,
I've got a family get together in September in Ipswich, i would like to take some Tolly Cobold Original Ale with me.
Has anyone out there got a A.G recipe.

Just done a quick search on the forum and found this

Tolly Cobbold Bitter 23L
Pipkin - 3kg (MO should be fine)
Crystal Malt - 375g
Amber Malt - 375g

Goldings - 65gm at start of boil
Goldings - 10g last 15

Don't know if thats any good to you?

Hello,
Thanks for the recipe, i put it into the beer engine and it comes out at 3.5%, it must be the best bitter recipe. Looks like a good session beer.

challenger hops,goldings hops ibu/ebc 28-30 (40)
source roger protz real ale almanac edition 4/5

perhaps someone with experience of beer engine or brewmate can come up with quantities
