Anyone got the recipie for McEwans 70?

I am sure its the one which is in Brew Classic European Beers at Home.

I am just finishing a keg of it and will be doing it again in a few weeks very nice beer.

Chappie, i've got the recipe for McEwan's 80/-, close enough? You could just lower the OG to 1.040 or so by cutting down the white sugar to get closer to the 70 shilling. Or you could try the 80/- that i'm brewing at the moment

McEwan 80/-

OG: 1.042 IBU: 30

25 L

Pale Malt 3150g
Flaked Maize 700g
Flaked Wheat 250g
Roast Barley 50g
White Sucrose 350g

Start of boil (90mins)

Challenger hops 50gm

Last 15 minutes

Goldings hops 10gm
Irish moss 10gm

Single Infusion @ 67C - 90 minutes
