Guys,
I am planning to brew 3 batches of ale for a bbq which is to be held on the 1st june.
Im planning to brew a standard ale - kinda like carolines ale, a landlord clone and a bass ale clone.
Do you think i will be able to have them ready in time if i brew them within the next week. I will be bottle conditioning half of each batch and then conditioning the other half in a polypin to be dispensed thru a handpump.
How much time?
