Just doughed in on this one, Carolines was my first AG brew so going back to ma roots 8)

It's not a remotely simple recipe - very difficult to get right because of no dark malt to hide behind and in the original recipe only a single hop addition.

Simple ingredients; non-simple technique.

I heard that GW's said that his keg of 'Caroline' lasted longer than his relationship with the young lady in question.

I've played with the hop schedule on this one so strictly speaking it's not as-per Wheeler.
