Loosely(very) based on a london pride recipe, I thought that the munich would give it that maltiness, its the first time Ive used golden promise, so unsure what that will give, gonna use nottingham yeast, and dry hop with som EKG

Cheers mate, I've decided to add 30 g choc malt and 50 g roast to up the colour/ maltiness and will increase the ibu to suit . Waters prepped, grains weighed its all systems go tomorrow

Why use Nottingham if you're aiming for Fullers? I'd strongly recommend an upgrade to their own strain: Wyeast 1968, White Labs WLP002, or BSI A-68/BSI-2. I'm sure Brewlab has one, too.
Nottingham's fine, but I'd think too neutral for what you're doing. A more distinctive fermenter would really make it pop.

Im sure you're right mate, its what I had to hand, its made now, smells great in the fv, gonna get some liquid yeasts various for my next few brews so if this is good, ill get some wlp 002 and see the difference.Why use Nottingham if you're aiming for Fullers? Nearly supped all this, and as always it tastes better now than back then, a nbit sharp tasting to what i would have expected, but nice enough
