And so the process moves inexorably towards the culmination of the effort - Down the hatch! :D

My first brew with Hogs Back yeast and Protofloc has been in bottle and cornie 3 weeks now, and dropped bright with no aids a week ago at cellar temperature. :) Like you said - no clarity problems with their yeast.
