recipe help

Hi all.
Hoping someone can help me with a recipe to brew before xmas.
The types of beers i really like at the mo are hoppy APA types or lager. having said that i like pretty much all beers. i want to use my existing ingredients up before buying more. I have the following:

1kg pale chocolate malt
4.1 kg crystal malt
12.9 kg pale ale malt
1kg chocolate malt
700g torrified wheat
7.3 kg pilsner malt
25kg Maris otter
50g challenger
100g magnum
200g cascade
Saaz - lots
The magnum and cascades were ear marked for mysterios snpa clone along with the pale and crystal malt. i don't want to do this next as i still have a fair bit left from thru last batch. yeast wise i only have S04 on hand so will buy whatever the recipe demands (interested in giving a liquid strain a whirl).

Any suggestions of recipes i could do with the above (or with the above plus a small amount of something else)? I brew 70 litre batches.

Cheers!

Can you not nip to the shop and get a lager yeast? make yourself a nice lager seeing as thats what you like.

Weather is cooling down nicely now.
