I can't find a definite statement from the brewery, but Greene King London Champion/London Glory/Royal London all appear to be aliases of the same (or very similar) recipe distributed through various channels, and several clone recipes I've seen specify around 35 IBU.

I haven't actually tasted this beer but 35 IBU sounds high to me, considering Ratebeer and other public sites classify Greene King London Glory as a standard bitter, and none of the ratings go out of their way to emphasize hoppiness. I would think it's closer to 25.

I'm sure you already know this, but the BJCP guidelines for 8A. Standard/Ordinary Bitter state an IBU range of 25-35.
