What do you think EBU too high?
My stocks had run pretty low so i'm brewing like crazy to catch up. I've got 4 5 gallon kegs in total #1 has 35 pints wezerection in it, #2 has Crowd Pleaser in it (full) #3 i've just put TLC-Twist in (full) and #4 is having this one next week. Hopefully i'll be back to 1 brew a month then. I drink around 10 pints per week so a brew every 4alexander taipan wrote:there's no stopping you Wez, you won't have time drink all the beer you're making

I'm really enjoying AG brewing, just getting all my stuff together now for an early (6am) start tomorrow.
PS Just had a sip of my TLC-Twist really pleased with it.
