cleaning my new HLT - how much percarbonate?

Hey, bought a used 30L burco from ebay - want to give it a good clean.

I have ecover laundry bleach which is 100% percarbonate i understand, but how much should i use ? Should i fill to brim and leave overnight, that wont damage SS or element?

Also, for cleaning limescale off element to get it all shiny, ive heard i should use citric acid, where can i get this? b&q, tesco?

yes citric acid is good for cleaning the element. For stainless steel use oxy clean powder it will bring up stainless sparkling
