Anyone know the Stone Recipes from their book?

A couple of them seem to state 10 minute mashes at 69.5 °C

Is this a typo :?:

A local brewery has been doing 15 min mashes for some time, it has nothing to do with prowess, it's simply most malts today are highly modified and convert in a short time. When I first heard of this in 2005 I did a few 15 min mashes and consistently had 74-76% efficiency on the batches. Oh, it is not step mashes that equal an hr time as suggested in one of the links seymour posted.
