Hops for black sheep

Hi I am currently brewing a black sheep clone from GW's book but I have misplaced my book and can't remember the amount of hops needed for a 19l brew. Does any one know them?

I am substituting Goldings with target as that's what I have got in.

The book I have has 3 recipes, Black Sheep best bitter, black Sheep ale and black Sheep Riggwelter, If you tell me which one you are brewing I will have a look and post the hop schedule for you.

Challenger 17 grm
Fuggle 8 grm
Golding 8 grm
