I just tried my first bottle of my third all grain brew, slightly early. It's coming out of the bottle very clear, but obviously the taste will mature, but already, wow, this is some fantastic beer if I may say so, and it's going to get better. The grain bill was made up of what I had in stock and a 230 gram bag of centennial that I had.
