An overnight mash spread this brew across 2012 and 2013. An early start this morning meant yeast pitched before 11am.

Recipe:

Pale Malt 79.5%
Chocolate Malt 9.6%
Oats 9.6%
Roasted Barley 0.6%
Crystal Malt 0.6%
OG 1080

Bramling Cross to 40 IBU
WLP028 Yeast

I spent ages thinking of all sorts of complicated steam extraction solutions and in the end came up with the sheet at the window solution. Totally heath robinson but so simple and works brilliantly!
