My hops are quite old as I haven't brewed for 18 months, although they've been stored in a deep freeze I imagine they've still lost a fair bit of zing. I'm assuming that I should really compensate by lowering the AA% a bit...

+1 I agree your OG is a little on the light side to carry 50 IBU with much grace so you may want to either save some of your hops or up the malt. Just a thought. Enjoy the brew.floydmeddler wrote:I
