Gave me a bit of inspiration to do a belgian using some of this.

Ive got some pilsner, aromatic, carapils, choc, roast barley, crystal, caramalt, lager malt.

Saaz

T58 yeast

anybody got a good recipe for me? :)
no palate, no patience.

OK then what about this, this is just off the top of my head.

2000g Bohemian pilsner
2000g Lager malt
1000g pale malt
250 aromatic malt
250g carapils
600g candy sugar

should give about 6.5% abv ?

saaz to about 40ibu?

t58 yeast fermented about 24c
no palate, no patience.

Looks good except ibu "should" be ~30.

I'd also ferment lower say start at 18C then let it rise naturally.
