Just tried some of this that's been in the bottle two weeks. Made it up with half spraymalt and half candi sugar. It looks like this:

Actually it looks lighter in person. Tastes pretty good, slight sherry nose about it which is odd but I hope a few more weeks int bottle will reduce that a bit.

Don't think so as I took no chances and used a bottling stick and lots of care.

My tarwebier has been maturing for 4 weeks (nearly) and is getting really nice.

every bottle tastes nicer than the last!

I cant wait for my triple to be ready :D
only problem is that its still in the fermenter :(

Mmm, mine was bottled 10 weeks ago. Mmmmmm..... \:D/

...ok, so there's only 12 bottles left now.
