I made an amazing stout (other people's words, although I won't argue) using bramling cross and challenger if you're interested?

I liked Brewdogs Bramling X IPA is Dead beer. Pretty good for a single hop IPA

Here's one I loaned to Uncle Joshua back in November:
SEYMOUR BRAMLING CROSS BEST BITTER
all-grain clone recipe
6 US Gallons = 5 Imperial Gallons = 22.7 Liters

FERMENTABLES:
68.3% ≈ 7 lb ≈ 3.18 kg, Maris Otter Two-row Pale Malt
9.8% ≈ 1 lb ≈ 454 g, British Crystal
9.8% ≈ 1 lb ≈ 454 g, Wheat Malt
9.8% ≈ 1 lb ≈ 454 g, Dark Brown Sugar or a mix of White Sugar and Molasses (from kitchen)
2.4% ≈ .25 lb ≈ .113 g, Oats (from kitchen: quick, flaked, rolled, pinhead, steel-cut, porridge, etc)

HOPS:
1 oz ≈ 28.3 g, Bramling Cross, 90 minutes
.5 oz ≈ 14.2 g, Bramling Cross, 30 minutes
.5 oz ≈ 14.2 g, Bramling Cross, 5 minutes, steep until cooled and pour through large strainer into fermentor
.5 oz ≈ 14.2 g, Bramling Cross, add dry-hops to fermentor after primary fermentation completes, steep 1 week before bottling

MASH at 67°C 60 minutes or until converted

BOIL 90 minutes

Pinch of calcium carbonate in mash, pinch of gypsum in boil kettle to make the hops pop. Irish moss near end of boil for clarity.

YEAST:
Fullers strain or Windsor

STATS assume 75% mash efficiency and 73% yeast attenuation:
OG: 1.050
FG: 1.014
ABV: 4.6%
IBU: 32
COLOUR: 11° SRM/22° EBC
I think it's a pretty great English Bitter, but you don't have to take my word for it. Here's another member actually reviewing the finished product: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=8509&hilit=+review ... 85#p601467

Seymour - My recipe is quite similar - what did you carbonate it with and how much per 500ml bottle? Review sounds perfect for what I am after?

I prime the whole 5-6 gallon batch by placing 1/2 cup of white or raw cane sugar in a kettle or bottling bucket, then rack the finished beer from the fermentor into it, thus mixing it without much splashing or stirring. Then I simply fill bottles from there using a handy-dandy bottling wand connected to my racking tube. This gives me good, moderate, consistent carbonation in all my bottles, growlers, etc, regardless of size.

This recipe looks really delicious, too! Tell me about how the two different fermentations differed, I'm very interested.

I've only tried the S04 so far. I brewed this to order a friend. He had a one gallon mini keg and a load of bottles from me, leaving me with about 15 S04 bottles which didn't last long and a mini keg for myself that I've put to one side for comparison later. I won't be trying the gervin one for at least a month as it has been kegged and has to wait patiently in the keg queue. I'll keep you posted.
