It may sound strange but...I always think they all smell the same until I pour them from the bottle.
All spot on. My best ever brew day.
Any idea's for one last brew with my left overs?

Yep. Lucky Dip! Bung it all in and see what you get.

Dave Berry
Can't be arsed to keep changing this bit, so, drinking some beer and wanting to brew many more!
Sir, you are drunk! Yes madam, and you are ugly, but in the morning I shall be sober! - WSC

I'll take a look in the morning.
We had a work man here today. By the time he left he had decided he wanted to get in to brewing.

I bet he did, but I thought if you convert someone when they're drunk it doesn't count?

The SEYMOUR ENGLISH SMaTH BITTER is now sat in my FV. I'll soon have caught up to what my son and all his mates drank over Christmas.

Great news. That particular beer has a lot of historical significance, too.

did your citra gold on sunday symour, albeit with a few alterations. i put in 10% crushed maize and 90% pale, but kept the hops edditions the same. i split the batch up into two fv's. one has so4 and the other so5. smells great.
