It was a bit of a user-upper recipe, but has ended up with a nice sweet malt flavour that blends into bucket loads of NZ Cascade flavour and aroma. The hops aren't astringent at all, but really linger on your tastebuds, and after-burps

I will certainly brew something along the same lines with my new AG setup
