NZ Pale Ale

Post by Monkeybrew » Sun Feb 24, 2013 7:46 pm

I bottled this brew just over 2 months ago and it has developed into a really delicious drink.

It was a bit of a user-upper recipe, but has ended up with a nice sweet malt flavour that blends into bucket loads of NZ Cascade flavour and aroma. The hops aren't astringent at all, but really linger on your tastebuds, and after-burps

I will certainly brew something along the same lines with my new AG setup :)

Looks good!

I like green bullet, it's a nice bittering hop and not bad if used late on either...

Cheers!
