The thing is, it's £2.70 postage for 1 pack of hops and £2.70 postage for 2 packs of hops.
As you can see, it's clearly not my fault!

FV:
Conditioning:
AG#41 - Vienna Lager - 5.6%
AG#42 - Heritage Double Ale - 10.5%
On Tap:
AG#44 - Harvest ESB - 5.4%

Thinking of some Wherry experiments now, and as I haven't got many mid/dark ales in stock, I'm thinking of brewing a darker Wherry with a hop twist.
I had originally thought about adding a moderate amount of Chocolate Malt and some Fuggles hops, but that seemed a bit predictable, so I have decided to add some Choccy malt and Brewers Gold hops.
Brewlength - 10L
1 x 1.5kg can of Woodfordes Wherry
40g of Chocolate Malt (800 EBC) - steeped for 30mins (Leftovers)
5g of Brewers Gold 6.5% AA Leaf Hops boiled for 10mins
10g of Brewers Gold 6.5% AA Leaf Hops steeped for 30mins
6g of Muntons Premium Ale Yeast
Fermented @ 21C

FV:
Conditioning:
AG#41 - Vienna Lager - 5.6%
AG#42 - Heritage Double Ale - 10.5%
On Tap:
AG#44 - Harvest ESB - 5.4%
AG#45 - Amarillo Gold APA - 5.2%

I've just pitched the yeast into this brew and popped it into my Brewfridge.
The OG was 1.044 and the colour is a nice dark brown.

Just had a quick peak into the FV to make sure that everything was ok.
Looks good to me and I'll now leave it alone until next weekend before checking a gravity reading.

Cheers Matey
I decided against a Sundew adaptation this time around as my Canadian Blonde hoppy ale brew will fill that gap for a while.
If this Dark Wherry turns out ok, I'll save you the fuel and post you a bottle
Loving your sig at the mo!

...Loughborough University Fishing Club?
On an aside, I once joined a club with the alluring name "LUST". I got very cold and wet; it turned out to be Loughborough University Spieliology Team and caves they visited (at least while I was a member) are not the big, beautiful ones we sometimes see on TV... Oh well, it was worth a punt
Happy brewing,
Ian.
