Belgian triple or quadruple

Anyone got any good recipes for Belgian triple or quadruples Just got back from Bruges and am missing the beer, thought Id try one myself.

Ideally Id like to make a triple/quadruple and a lighter beer from the same mash. Probably looking at 10ltr for the triple/quadruple and 5 of a lighter beer.

Tried a bottle last night very nice.

I would say it's more of a golden ale.
