Re: Newcastle Exhibition recipe anyone?
It's not much, but here's what I have:
Newcastle Exhibition (Bitter)
OG: 1040-1043
ABV: 4.3%
Grainbill: Pale, Crystal Malt, Flaked Maize, Torrified Wheat
Hops: Styrian Goldings
IBU: 24
Colour: 9°SRM/18°EBC
according to Ratebeer, "Contract brewed at Thomas Hardy Burtonwood. Was a Cask Ale. Now pasteurised keg & bottle. Production moved from Newcastle to Gateshead in late 2004."
