Was planning to brew a dubbel, but ended up brewing bitter haha.

81.5% Simpsons MO
6.2% Torrified wheat
4.9% Med crystal
4.9% Sugar ( table, nothing fancy )
2.5% Spec B

First gold @ 30mins

Styrian Goldings in cube

1.044
32 IBU

1469 West yorkeshire.

If it turns out as tasty as we expect, you should definitely bottle some and submit to a competition, BJCP style 8B. Special/Best/Premium Bitter.
