Thornbridge Wild Swan

Post by zgoda » Tue Apr 23, 2013 8:33 am

I had this beer last summer and I was delighted with its balance and drinkability at 3.5% abv, i'd like to brew something resembling for July hot afternoons. The only thing I know for sure is that it contains wheat (malt?, torrefied?, raw?). Anybody has any clues as what hops are there? Clone recipe perhaps?

Cracking beer. More details are here - http://www.thornbridgebrewery.co.uk/per ... swan-2.pdf

Hops are listed as Hallertau Northern Brewer, Chinook, Celeia and Sladek with malt as just Maris Otter. Definitely get a strong mix of different hop varieties as listed. If you are on twitter many of the Thornbridge brewers are active and helpful with questions!

Label on my bottle listed "contains barley malt and wheat"? Anyway, will try to ask directly, thank you. :)
