grain bill
marris 3.5kg
caramalt 4oog

hop bill
citra 10g 60m
chinook 20g 60m
cascade 20g 20m

dry hop
citra 10g
chinook 10g
cascade 10g

yeast safeale 05

hope this turns out ok [-o<
soon be dead thank beer for that no pain where im going :-)

looks interesting. i'd be really interested to know how those hops work together. will you keg or bottle?

citra & cascade work well together with citra as the main bittering hope, and I know cascade & chinook work well together with amarillo & centennial - but I've never tried citra, chinook & cascade together.

I was asking about citra, cascade & amarillo the other day & the consensus was "ok, maybe not..."

not sure how these hops will work myself it is getting kegged with a couple of sample bottles i brewed this because i have shit loads of hops in the freezer and only had a safeale 05 yeast at hand :) at the end of the day what is the worse that can happen :?:
