I had almost forgotten about this brew, but I am glad that I've decided to crack one open tonight.

It's been bottled for about 5 1/2 months and those yeasty Windsor flavours have died down to allow the caramel malt flavours a chance to be tasted and enjoyed :)

Theres a sweet malt aroma that is followed by a balanced sweet caramel malt flavour with the slightest hint of Goldings. I don't know how true to an Irish Red Ale that this brew actually is, but I think that Mrs MB will enjoy it, due to the low bitterness and easy drinking aspect of the brew.

There is no doubt that Windsor has left a very nice mouthfeel, especially as this is a DME extract brew.
