My next brew is going to be a clone of the bells two hearted ale and I can't wait to see how it turns out.It uses 160 grams in total of centennial.

I've put together a recipe called Centennial Gold and will try and post it up later for some critic.

100g packs of hops :adore:


That looks lovely, my citra pale ale used 100g and was 1.048 OG

Did you do a hop stand for the 0min addition or just chill straight away?

Not yet mate, but I have been tweaking the recipe, and it's now got an OG of 1.042.
