Any insights on this basic brew?

Looking to brew an easy, summer 10 gallons, 5 for the engine and 5 for the gas.
95% Maris Otter
5% wheat malt
1 oz Challenger 60 min.
1 oz Mt. Hood 20 min
.5 oz MH 2 min
S-04 yeast

Looking for around 4.5% and to appease my beer sneaking neighbor who got mad when the two kegs he didn't have "to chew" ran out.

Cheers, Dave

Looks good, i made something similar for BBQs etc but it came out at 6.7 % though, but it was still so so drinkable you just would not believe the alcohol was so high, at 4.5 % its going to be thirst quenchingly good :D

Im not sure i would use S04 though maybe something like nottingham or US-05 which should leave it nice and clean (i presume thats what you are looking for).

Just personal opinion but i'm a big fan of the SO4 at the lower gravities to leave a bit of sweetness which is nice through the beer engine. I prefer US-56 at the higher gravities (1.050 and above). Recipe looks great, I would go in with more aroma hops but that's just me.

Thanks guys. This one is getting brewed on Sunday. I'll probably not weigh the 1/2 oz. aroma and just throw in the whole ounce. I will even take pictures and post them this time. It's about time I showed you all what a real east coast ghetto rig looks like :D
